We found the whole process from the first visit to our home to the installation of our lovely new fireplace to be absolutely seamless. Our requirements were understood straightaway and our visit to the showroom confirmed we were using the right company. Friendly, enthusiastic, professional from start to finish. We started to have a problem with the chimney on our solid-fuel stove, so contacted Heatcraft.
As it was “Lockdown” we weren’t surprised to be told that at that moment, they couldn’t visit.
As soon as it was possible, their surveyor arranged a visit – he was prompt, efficient and helpful.
Within the limitations of supplies, we quickly had a new chimney
The installers were friendly, efficient and highly competent.
We have had dealings with Heatcraft for about twenty years and never been disappointed.

Having just read your excellent web site, somewhat after the event, I was interested in the “About Us” section which provides a brief history of how Heatcraft was born and the undoubted success it has achieved since 2002.
Since Wednesday last, when two of your excellent Fitters installed a stove in our Lounge, I can fully understand why you have achieved the success you undoubtedly have and why such a high percentage of your orders are from recommendation, as in our case, and repeat orders.
We are delighted with the finished product, it looks good and suits the style of the house, which is a barn conversion. I am equally sure that it will live up to our expectations in terms of warmth, although on this I cannot comment at present, as my wife suggested that she wouldn’t be surprised now that we’ve decided to install a wood burner that the ambient temperature goes up- and she would appear to be right!!(Again!)
However I am sure it won’t be long before it will be needed, knowing the unpredictability of our weather, so we look forward to a couple of chilly evenings!
I would like to take this opportunity to comment on the excellent work done by your fitters, Andy and Nathan. I’m sure they are used to solving problems on site and, in this respect, they did a great job in removing an extremely obstinate large Cowl/Hood that was over the existing grate before they could start the installation of the stove.
My wife was equally impressed. We had recently had a new carpet fitted in the lounge and she had concerns about the possibility of soot or debris, despite my assurances to the contrary, and the lads proved me right, everything was left spotless and tidy- one wouldn’t even know they had been!!
I should also add that our initial visit to your showroom, some weeks ago, was also a pleasure. We were greeted by Lesley who spent quite some time with us and showed us the particular stoves that would suit the room measurements that we had brought with us and the style we were looking for.
Likewise on a recent visit to purchase some logs/kindling I enjoyed the same excellent reception/service from a young lady called Tabitha- I’m sure you do not need me to tell you, but from my perspective, you have a first class ‘team spirit’ in your organisation at all levels. I wish we could replicate that in some manufacturing organisations, and I speak with a few decades of experience!
Finally regarding recommendations, I was able to do just that this morning to a young lady and her partner who happened to mention that they have been researching the web etc. for a wood burner- I think they had decided on a long journey to Dereham- so I was able to suggest that there was an excellent company much nearer home at Aylsham!
